The owners wanted comfortable living space on the second floor, so the roof was removed and reconstructed with a steeper pitch and dormers were added.  They also wanted a low maintenance exterior.  We installed pre-stained sidewall shingles, an architectural asphalt roof, Marvin Windows, and PVC trim to meet their needs.  This renovated home is located in East Orleans, Cape Cod, Massachusetts and was designed by Stephen Hart in Chatham, Massachusetts.
