The family room adjoins the kitchen allowing for a comfortable living and entertaining space.  All new interior trim and interior doors were added to this home.  The cherry build-in was installed to contain the grandchildren’s books and toys, and it is a perfect match to the kitchen island.  Off the family room is a large mahogany deck overlooking the private backyard.  We also added a three zone central air conditioning system to the entire home.
