Too often builders receive a set of plans and then with disregard for the client, build the house their own way.  At The Building Company, Inc. we realize and respect that this house will be your home.  You are our primary focus and that is why we dedicate our business to superior customer service.  While we gladly offer our professional opinions on subjects such as construction techniques or aesthetics, at the end of the day, we go out of our way to make sure your home looks they way you want it to look.  Ultimately, our goal is the same: you enjoy every step of the building process and you move into the home of your dreams.

Work with you throughout the design phase.  The Building Company, Inc. is happy to assist you and your designer/architect in any way we can.  This may include, but is not limited to – discussion about specific conditions that exist on the building site, recommendations of materials to use, answering cost related questions, and acting as a sounding board.

Assemble the best suppliers and tradesmen available.  Our Building Team is second to none.  For over 25 years we have focused on assembling a loyal group of subcontractors who believe that quality and integrity are the most important aspects of their business.  We will personally try to answer all of your questions about specific materials, heating or plumbing matters, “Smart Home” automation devices, etc.  If we feel that your question requires an answer from an expert in that particular field, we will bring in one of our team members who can discuss the various issues and feasible options.  

Utilize technology:  At The Building Company, Inc. we use state of the art computer, software, phone, and networking devices ensuring that we are always available to you via phone, fax, or email.  Our project management software, used by some of the largest homebuilders in the country, gives us an instant picture of your project at any given stage of construction.  This program tracks email, fax, and phone conversations between us and clients or vendors.  The scheduling aspect of the program enables us to keep the job moving forward and on track.  The bottom line: our utilization of technology makes us more efficient, giving us more time on the jobsite!
